Outlook Customer Support
To set up Outlook 2016 email account, choose either of the two ways:

Email account
Manual setup or Additional server types
In the first case, follow the below-mentioned steps:

Open Outlook
Choose email account
You will be prompted by an Add Account panel
If it doesn't appear, choose File and then Add Account
Enter the information such as name, email address, password
Now, click Next
Outlook will automatically find the required settings to configure
Click Allow, if promoted
Follow the on-screen instructions and click More Settings
Choose the Advanced tab and enter Inbox into Root folder path
You can now begin using Outlook
Simply, click Ok to return to the IMAP and POP account setting panels
Hit Finish button to close the panel
It's good to go!
